We are hoping to save somebody else from the heartache, damage and expensive repairs they have caused, which is in excess of $100,000 and includes interior/exterior damage as well as extensive damage to the surrounding land!

They still reside in Moultonborough, N.H., renting from another unsuspecting landlord.
DON'T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM!
THEY ARE WELL KNOWN IN THE OSSIPEE N.H. COURTS...A judge from Dover, NH (Rockingham N.H. Courts) had to sign the Temporary Restraining Order & Notice of Hearing since all the judges had conflicts with Tim Wade or Pam Ross!
They claim to be Realtors, though their licenses are not active. They say they own a cleaning business named "Pam's Cleaning Service", however there is no active business license under this name - not sure if it is legitimate.
Would "professional Realtors" & "professional cleaners" really do this to someone else's property?
